The PRgloo media & stakeholder management platform has been vital to so many organisations during the current crisis. They can publish to their microsite and distribute updates and statements via email within seconds from home or from a hospital ward.
I'm Sam, the founder and CEO of PRgloo. Our customers have been under such stress over these past few weeks but their unsolicited thanks for the PRgloo platform and service has been humbling. This is why we are now offering this service for free to our NHS comms colleagues. We really believe that it could help to reduce the burden.
"We could not have managed without our PRgloo platform during this time"
- Public Sector customer
You get in contact, we design, build and deliver your site within 30 mins. You login and start publishing content. You get as much training and support as you need. If you would also like to use our email distribution tools we'll set you up with email templates within that time too. You'll also get access to the journalist contact database & enquiry management tools as an added bonus. You'll be set up on a special URL so you don't even need to get your overworked IT team involved.
If you are in the NHS or Emergency Services then there is no cost. For this you will get the microsite & email distribution for 6 months. Within this time you will get full support and training via a friendly support team who are not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to you. Once the 6 months is over, you can convert to a paid for platform (£2,500 pa) or simply part company. There is no rolling contract or hidden fees. We simply want to provide you with support.
Contact email@example.com. We'll confirm what we are providing in writing and get your site up and running within 30 mins. We'll also arrange training for your team and provide a simple step-by-step video set up guide (if you don't have time for training).
From our 16 strong team made up of parents of small children, and children of old parents, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work you are doing to keep us safe. We are all 100% self isolating by working from home and only going out for essential visits and we want you to know that we are here to help however we can.
